I Mitutoyols latest workshop instrument, the articulated lexiclamp, is designed to facilitate checks on brake disc rune. It can be fitted with a dial or digital indicator and is posiioned on the disc using three universal joints.
Large capacity (75mm) heavy-duty pliers are used to ttach the Flexiclamp assembly to the vehicle; an adjustable nkage with a piston-driven hydraulic locking mechanism rings the gauge into position next to the brake disc.
Whitey° offers a range of dial and digital indicators for se with the Flexiclamp, including the 2046F (10mm ) indicator ad 241* (0.5in) imperial measurement device.
