ON Thursday of next week new provisions come into effect which will severely control the movement of vehicles carrying long, wide and projecting loads and long road-trains, These provisions are contained in the Motor Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment) Regulations, 1962, and Part III of the Motor Vehicles (Authorization of Special Types) General Order, 1962.
