Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

From Miller Marketing comes a dolly for twin wheels: it is claimed that with this equipment one man can quickly dismount and mount wheels, hubs and brake drums. As the wheel rests on the 'forks of the wheel dolly, the possibility of damage to bolt threads, bearings and oil seals is eliminated.

The wheel dolly has a maximum lifting height of 510mm (20m.) so that even if a vehicle is blocked up or resting on supports, wheels can be mounted in pairs without apparent difficulty. As the forks are fitted with rollers the wheels can be easily turned to any position necessary. The wheel dolly has two swivel-type wheels and two fixed wheels of nylon to facilitate the transport of twin wheels.
