Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ASECOND commercial vehicle assembly plant is due to go into operation in Haifa, Israel, in January.

• Designed to produce up to 2,000 vehicles a year, it will handle variousmakes. The company which will run the plant, Mifalei Antomobilim, Ltd., has been financed by Israeli capital.

Various components, including tyres, batteries, petrol tanks, safety glass and upholstery, will he manufactured,. locally. Bus bodies will be built by Ha'argaz and Magen Chatwood.

-Tilt bulk of the output of the new plant will be exported.
