TRAILER SALES and rental company Gylemuir Trailers of Newbridge, Edinburgh, has ordered 11 step frame tri-axle tipping semi-trailers from Crane Fruehauf.

The trailers will range in capacity from 39.8 to 44.4cum (52 to 58 cuyd).

Full air suspension with lifting front axle has been specified on three of the tippers for rental to eliminate coupling problems with tractors of different heights. Gylemuir, which will be fitting Ruggerini diesel auxiliary engines and Schlegel's Cats Whisker spray suppressant to the new trailers, has a 300strong trailer rental fleet, 95 per cent of which are Crane Freuhauf.
