ANDY ROBERTSON, the Road Haulage Association's Western District assistant manager responsible for Devon and Cornwall, has been made redundant.

Mr Robertson, who was Devon and Cornwall area secretary before the RHA was restructured, was previously a bomb disposal officer.

Western district is now being operated with a management staff of three, manager Albert Simpson and assistant managers Paul Carless and Peter Webb.
