SUITABLE for installation on special vehicles, a new compressor has been produced by the HYmatic Engineering Co., Ltd., Redd itch. Known as the Model 200 SAS, it has a displacement of 5.25 cu. ft. per min., at 750 r.p.m., and a working pressure of 100-150 p.s.i. When necessary it can be operated at 1,000 r.p.m. to give a displacement of
7 cu. ft. per min. at 100 psi. At 750 r.p.m., the compressor absorbs about I h,p.
