THE following have been appointed members of the committee to review traffic signs on roads in the U.K. other than motorways: Sir Walter Worboys; Mr. J. F. A. Baker, chief engineer, Ministry of Transport; Mr. F. R. Dinnis, City Engineer, Edinburgh; Mr. E. J. Dodd, Chief Constable of Birmingham; Sir William Glanville, director of the Road Research Laboratory; Mr. D. R. Greig, Standing Joint Committee, R.A.C., A.A. and R.S.A.C.; Mr. R. B. Hodgson, chairman of Epsom and Ewell Borough Council Highways Committee and vice chairman of the Highways and T port Committee of the Associatio Municipal Corporations; Mr. J. F architect and industrial designer; Maynard Lovell, County Surveyor o West Riding of Yorkshire; Mr. J Richards, Editor of The Architec Review; Mr. P. F. Shepheard. planner and landscape architect; M H. Wilson, chief architect of Cumbe; New Town. The secretary of the mittee will be Miss J. E. Chambei Ministry of Transport.
