Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

KARRIER MOTORS is opening a new parts headquarters and distribution centre in Birmingham.

The move is one of the last in a series aimed at establishing itself as an autonomous lorry manufacturer within the Renault group.

Contracts have already been signed for a 167,000sqft warehouse on the Elmdon Trading Estate, and a £1m development programme is currently on target.

The new national parts centre will eventually stock some 50,000 separate lines for Dodge and Renault vehicles. Karrier builds the Dodge range at Dunstable and markets Renault lorries in the UK, although certain Renault models are due to go into production at Dunstable by the end of 1983.

Staff are already on site preparing for the 500 32.5-tonne lorry loads of Dodge parts coming from Talbot's Small Heath warehouse. Up to 100 people will be employed at the parts centre by the end of March.
