Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

MAY I MAKE it clear to your readers that charges for Datapost, the Royal Mail's highspeed courier delivery service for urgent documents and packages, are identical to Italy and Guernsey.

As you rightly report (January 29), the first two kilograms cost £11.50. However, there are two scales of charges for each additional half kilogram: £1.30 for regular customers who have a contract for a scheduled Datapost service with the Royal Mail; and £1.50 for an ondemand service over the post office counter, which is available to any customer whether or not they have a contract.
