Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WAHL COACHES of London will supply new British specification Mercedes-Benz 0303 integral luxury coaches to suit operator requirements.

The 0303 coach has a 280bhp naturally aspirated V8 engine, ZF gearbox and full air-suspension.

Prices for the rear-engined 12m integral will depend on exchange rates but as a guide at present, a 53-seat vehicle would cost about E70,000.

Wahl Coaches had been operating 0303 coaches in Britain since 1978 although it initially used vehicles fitted with Plaxton bodies. The original chassis and its present fleet of integral Mercedes that entered service last year were supplied direct through Mercedes-Benz in West Germany and Wahl Coaches' German parent company. national's Evan Evans London based sightseeing operations.

Insight recently bought the Evan Evans operation from Wallace Arnold but decided not to operate or buy any coaches in the deal.

Some of Wahl's coachbs are being painted in a revised Evan Evans livery for the programme.
