Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TLS area sales manager Wendy Lancaster does not look like the kinda gal who usually lets herself be pushed around, but for Manchester Aid Convoy chairman Phil Hughes she made an exception. Rental and contract hire specialist TLS is supplying six 7.5-tonne boxvans and a 17 tonne truck to the charity for a life-saving mission to Kosovo.

Wendy will be joining members of the Manchester Aid Conway on the 11-day trip. During its visit, the Aid Convoy will be delivering hospital equipment and medical supplies.

Wendy says: "The hospitals over there are poorly equipped, so we are grateful for these kind donations, they will help save many lives."

If you want to see the convoy go, join the Lord Mayor and a host of other well-wishers in Albert Square, Manchester at 8.3 Oam on 8 September.
