Using a vehicle with defective brakes has cost lorry driver Peter Pierce, of Conway, north Wales, INS in fines and costs. Caernarfon magistrates endorsed his licence with three penalty points after hearing that the front axle hydraulic brake pipe was fractured and leaking brake fluid.
