Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Keywords : Leyland Daf

Mercedes has a reputation for building high-quality products at a high price, and at £20,315, the 814 is among the more expensive in our comparison charts — but is cheaper than either the Leyland Daf Roadrunner 8.15 (20,520) or the Iveco Ford Cargo 0813 (220,550). This is definitely a drivers' vehicle. The controls are a delight to use and handling is excellent. On the minus side, the switchgear could do with a rethink and the exhaust brake is probably not worth specifying.

The same could not be said of the Stylemaster body kit, which looks good and contributed to some creditable fuel consumption figures.

For operators who do not need every last kilogramme of payload, the weight penalty is a small price to pay for the atltential fuel savings.
