A RECIPROCAL manufacturing and marketing agreement has been signed between John Ratcliff (Tail Lifts) Ltd and Maxon Industries Inc, Los Angeles, following a recent visit to the US by John Ratcliff and Miss Jean Ratcliff. The agreement means that Ratcliff will manufacture and sell, under the Ratcliff name, Maxon tail-lifts exclusively in the UK and Europe and in turn Maxon will manufacture and sell in the US Ratcliff tail-lifts. The two ranges, says Ratcliff, complement each other.
