Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Southway Scania, the manufacturer's distributor for central Southern England and the West Country, has opened three depots, at Fareham in Hampshire, Exeter, and Lingfield in Surrey. The Fareham and Exeter branches represent expansions into larger premises from existing sites, while Lingfield is a new venture to support operators in Crawley, Gatwick and surrounds.

A rise in contract repair and maintenance work has prompted these developments, says managing director Roger McCarthy. And in the case of Lingfield, the need to bring service closer to customers. As well as operating as a service depot, Fareham also houses Southway Scania's administrative headquarters.
