A LMOST 200 drivers of Dundee Pl. Transport Department received safe driving awards at a corporation dinner in the Royal Hotel. Mr. W. L. Russell, transport engineer and manager, said that while the national accident figures had worsened by seven per cent, in the past three years, the department's figure had been reduced by 23 per cent. over the same period.
