TRANSPORT Minister Norman Fowler has stated that he doi not intend to alter the age limits for fare concessions on buses In a written answer in the House of Commons, Mr Fowler sai that he will not be introducing free fares on public transport fc those under the age of five or reduced fares for those under tF age of 16.
