• Conveyorex 87, claimed to be the only event of its kind in Europe, takes place at the Harrogate International Exhibition Centre from June 23-25; admission is free.
The exhibition is dedicated to the conveyor user moving goods between fixed points. Among new products being launched is the Penetrator, a telescopic conveyor designed to increase vehicle loading/ unloading efficiency, from Kaybe (Conveyors). Barrow Hepburn Industries will show its Almex SuperSpotter, a portable vulcaniser for spot repairs to conveyor belts.
