• A gear consultancy service is now being offered by the engineering division of the Turner Manufacturing Co Ltd, Fordhouses, Wolverhampton. The company has an experienced team who are available to advise not only on gear design and application but also on gear manufacturing methods, process times and so on.
Turner engineers have been working with universities for some time in developing quieter gears and gear systems and, using computer techniques, they can now provide solutions for particular applications.
