Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Plasti-Kote industrial spray paints from English Abrasives are produced for use in maintenance, safety marking and protection of surfaces against the weather or accidental damage.

The range includes: • Rust Not, a high-protection paint in bright RAL-aligned machinery colours; • Rust Not primer (grey or red oxide) for sealing and protecting bare metal surfaces without the need for sanding; • Clear Acrylic, a durable allweather coating to enhance finishes and provide electrical insulation; • High-visibility fluorescent said to give three to four times the visibility of normal paint; • Zinc Rich Primer, which fuses to the surface to give the effect of hot-dip galvanising;

• Stainless Steel, powder in polyurethane resin to give a high-gloss finish;

• Heat Shield, matt black finish for surfaces subject to temperatures up to 425°C.

Examples of use in the automotive industry, says EA, include touching up of damaged areas awaiting repair, repairing of damage to machinery and equipment, protection of

underbody and hidden components, protection of galvanised surfaces after welding repairs, repainting of exhaust systems, painting of trailers, coating of stainless steel parts and protection of electrical components.
