Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A Feeny and Johnson Ltd., 134/136

Ealing Road, Wembley, Middlesex, produces kits for cars and light vans, completely tailored kits being marketed for the Ford range of light vans of up to 15cwt capacity. The kits cater for drivers with either one or both legs disabled, vacuum control being provided for the clutch and the service brake system. A larger diesel-engined vehicle could readily be converted but this would involve fitting a vacuum pump to the engine if the vehicle were not equipped with a vacuum brake system.

Vehicles are converted by agents of the company—a list would be supplied on request.
