Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Optare scooped first, second and third places in the Bus of the Year competition at the British Coach Rally in Southampton last weekend.

The Leeds-based manufacturer, which has held the title for three years running, won with its new 10m single-deck Vecta city bus, which will be available to operators next month (CM 14-20 March).

It took second and third places with a pair of Deltas operated by Blue Buses and Westlink respectively. Reeve Burgess took the Small Bus of the Year award for its low-floor Pointer body, designed for the rear-engined Dennis Dart. The London United-liveried winner is one of a batch of 52 Pointers ordered by London Buses (CM 7-13 February). The Coach Driver of the Year award went to Colin Hook, who has worked at Beavis Holidays for nearly 20 years. Lady Coach Driver of the Year is Jane Rees, a driver with South Yorkshire Transport subsidiary Coachline for more than 12 years.
