• Central Trailer Rentco has collaborated with Crane Fruehauf and Shorfast to develop a double-deck dry-freight/garment trailer. Unlike existing garment carriers the new dualpurpose double-deck semi can be run either as a full specification hanging garment trailer, or as a dry freight van with a 10-tonne moveable second deck. The unusual semi could halve the number of vehicles previously required to transport a mixed payload, says CTR.
