Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A new 21,820-litre waste water tanker has been built onto an AWD MTL 33-27 8x6 Multidrive chassis by Fuller of Chepstow for South West Water (SWW).

It will be used to transport sewage from treatment sites to farms in Devon and Cornwall.

Its monocoque design helps keep the overall height down to 3.5m providing SWW with a greater payload over a standard tanker design.

Pumping gear includes a Hammond 425 vacuum and Ecart12000 PD pumps, driven via a Volvo hydropack allowing it to fill up in around ten minutes.

After a month in operation, the outfit is moving 100,000 litres, in five trips/day compared with 68,000 in seven trips/day for a 6x4 rigid tanker.

The Multidrive system allows it to be used off road.
