Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Birmingham City has ordered six Foden-powered bulk refuse vehicles from TTB (Fabrications). One a Multidrive outfit based on a 6 X 2 tractor unit will be on view at next month's Institute of Waste Management show at Torbay.

Built to TTB's latest design, the unit has a 50.5m3 capacity and will carry up to 20 tonnes of waste.

Boughton has also built five, 48rn ejection bulkers based on Volvo FL7 8x4 rigids for West Sussex Council. The bodies which carry payloads up to 17 tonnes, are built to a new, lighter design with improved hydraulics and rear door opening.
