Noise test
• The MoT is considering whether a noise test can be included in the annual examination of h.g.v., Mr. Bob Brown, Parliamentary Secretary, told the Commons this week. He added that there was to be an intensification of action against black smoke through the new regulations for the plating and testing of heavy lorries.
