Manufacturers and Traders buyers of commercial vehicles will not have to sign the declaration and agreement by which the purchasers of private cars will be bound as from May 1, The two-year covenant, however, still applies to goods vehicles up to 25-cwt. capacity.
The new declaration concerning private cars reqUires buyers to disclose details of all new cars owned or operated since the war, together with the reasons for needing a new one.
