/ Cardiff-based ME Thomas Transport, which was granted a licence in May, appeared at disciplinary proceedings before South Wales Deputy Licensing Authorities Alan Cate11 after the cheque for the licence fee was dishonoured. Morgan Edwin Thomas, the firm's owner, said he worked bulk tippers exclusively for Steetley, from whom he hired his trailers. He now had a regular income.
