riE question of trolleybuses versus oil-engined buses seems likely to figure as an issue at the November municipal elections in Leicester. The tram system is generally admitted to be out of date.
Councillor J. Minto, chairman of the corporation electricity committee, has raised the issue at his adoption meeting, claiming that the existing motorbus system was created out of the profits of the tram service.
