Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SHEFFIELD-based DBL Logistics has opened a new 33,500ft2 warehouse and purchased 10 new vehicles for its 25-strong fleet.

The United Pallet Network member said its flagship Tinsley Park Road facility is the company's first independently owned site since the family-run business was founded more than 10 years ago.

MD David Clarkson said: "It will double our capacity to 6,000 pallets, and support the company's growth. We have plans to expand the site by another 16,500ft2, so this is an exciting time for us and the logistics sector in the Sheffield city region."

Funding for the investment was supported by HSBC Bank, which provided a £1.8m finance package.
