Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I was interested to read the report in Commercial Motor November 10 under the heading 'World Wide in default over driver's contract".

I would like to take this opportunity of congratulating CM on the comprehensive report of the Tribunal which draws attention to firms in the coaching industry not complying with the Contract of Employment Act 1963 as amended under the Industrial Relations Bill 1971. However, I was disappointed in the fact that you did not' report that Mr Burridge had pursued his case through the TGWU and it was the union that represented him at the Tribunal. I would have thought it reasonable that when one was represented on such cases, at least the organization presenting the case should have been made known to the readers.
