● Disciplinary action against RJ Rich & Son in Preston will be on the agenda at a PI on 7 June.
● Liverpool-based haulier Fast Lift is to appear at a PI on 11 June where disciplinary action and the repute of its transport manager will be considered.
● Cheshire drinks distributor Metropolitan Drinks Company may face disciplinary action at a PI on 12 June.
● Linney Transport in Rossendale will appear at a PI on 14 June. A variation application, three counts of disciplinary action and the transport manager’s repute will all be considered by the TC during the hearing.
● Manchester-based Buymoor Haulage is due to attend a PI on 15 June where disciplinary action and the transport manager’s repute are on the agenda.
● The TC will decide whether disciplinary action should be taken against Liverpool’s Mersey Skip Recycling at a PI on 15 June.
