WEST MIDLANDS PTE has acquired independent coach operator Central Coachways of Walsall from the West Midlands Co-operative Society.
The 13-coach operation will retain its separate identity and its existing staff, and will be expected to expand and develop its business which includes private hire, school and factory contracts and British and continental tours.
Its fleet consists of Duple and Plaxton-bodied Ford coaches.
