Greater London: Chairman: Jeff Lemon (Wincanton Transport); Vice-chairmen: Keith Miller (Walls Meat); Hugh Palmer (Ind Coope); Stuart Phillips (Rank-Hovis).
Uncolnshire. Chairman: Julian Prior (Ketton Cement, Stamford); Senior vice-chairman: Ian Purdle (The Simons Construction Group, Lincoln); Vice-chairmen; Jack Hancock (Swift Consumer Products, Lincoln); Norman Geeson (Greater Peterborough Regional Co-operative Society).
