Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AN automatic drum clamp for stacking rldrums vertically is being manufactured by Powell & Co., South Wales.

The new clamp is intended for use with fork-lift trucks and is suitable for the 40/50 gallon size steel drums. The action of the clamp is entirely automatic. The truck is moved forward and the clamp is positioned under the top rolling hoop of the drum.

When lifting takes place the arms grip the drum, the heavier the drum the stronger the grip claim the makers. To release the drum it is only necessary to lower the clamp a few inches and move the truck away.

Made by: Powell & Company, Burry Port, Carms., South Wales.
