Woking" Seeks Bus Control.

The clerk to the Woking Urban District Council has communicated with the town clerks of Windsor and Guildford, and the clerks of Windlesham, Chortsey, Egham and Bracknell Councils asking them to no-operate with it in the control of bus services.

Torquay Sanctions Express Services. The Torquay Town Council has granted licences for express or limitedstop motorbus services between Torquay and Plymouth to Ashcrofts Motors, Ltd., the Devon General Omnibus and Touring Co., Ltd., and the National Omnibus and Transport Co., Ltd.
