AN ARRANGEMENT which comes into force on February 1 allows -UK licensed goods vehicles carrying for hire and reward or on own-account to enter Luxembourg without permits. The vehicle must be carrying goods; between the UK and Luxembourg; in transit through Luxembourg; as a return load from Luxembourg to the United Kingdom or between Luxembourg and a third country, provided this is allowed by the laws of the third country and by the terms of any agreement between that country and the UK or Luxembourg.
