Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A SPECIAL bus service for shoppers was introduced by Liverpool City Transport early this month. The service is circular, linking the shopping centre with the three main line stations, and buses operate every 10 minutes on Mondays to Saturdays during shopping hours.

A flat fare of 3d. is charged and the buses operating on the service are painted in a "reverse" livery of cream with the window surrounds picked out in green, as shown on the Leyland double-decker illustrated.

Ample publicity for the service is carried by the buses, and parcels racks have been fitted above the seats in the lower saloon.
