Eworr has also relinquished his joint managing directorship, and his post as chief engineer, to become executive vice-chairman. DR. F. LLEWELLYN SMITH has been appointed managing director of the motorcar division. MR. A. A. RURBRA has become technical director and MR. A. F. KELLEY has joined the board. MR. D. R. McDoNALD has succeeded MR, G. D. L.
