+lavigation Haulage (Hor-y) made representations inst the renewal of K. D. igglesworth of Dewsbury's nce when the case was ird by North Eastern puty Licensing Authority rman Moody.
Navigation said the Wrigglesworth operating centre was not large enough or suitable for the number of vehicles authorised. Vehicles were parked, re-fuelled and washed on the highway.
Stephen Kirkbright, for Wrigglesworth, said that Regulation 18 of the Goods Vehicles (Qualification) Regulations required that represen tation by a limited company be made under its common seal, and Navigation had not done this.
Navigation I I/tillage had an application pending that was opposed by the Road I laulage Association.
No-one from Navigation Haulage was present at the inquiry and Mr MoOdy granted Wrigglesworth's application.
