Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

II Mercedes-Benz dealership Intercounty Truck & Van is embarking on a £5m expansion programme.

The company is based in Wellingborough, Northants, and is planning to open a new site at Stonebridge in Milton Keynes in August/September, replacing its Blakelands depot. It then plans to open a new dealership on a sprawling 13.5-acre site at Yaxley on the outskirts of Peterborough immediately afterwards.

"The Yaxley site was formerly occupied by Peterborough Heavy Haulage," says Intercounty managing director Steve Hunt. Both locations will sell new and used trucks and vans and provide service and parts support.

Owned by Northern Ireland-based transport group Ballyvesey Holdings, Intercounty started trading in January. Ballyvesey owns Scania dealership West Pennine and Northern Ireland Renault distributor Coulter Truck & Van, as well as haulier Montgomery Transport—it acquired Dukes Transport last November—and trailer manufacturer Montracon.
