• Grays magistrates have adjourned proceedings against Anthony Myers, a director of BJ Myers (Haulage) of Purtleet, Essex; and George Pickering, one of the company's managers. They face charges of conspiring to cause drivers to breach the hours rules and to falsify tachograph records.
