Record Competition for "The Commercial Motor" Challenge Cup.

There are no fewer than 23 teams entered in competition for the handsome silver challenge cup, presented by the proprietors of THE COMMERCIAL MOTOR, which cup is now held by the Westminster City Council in respect of a mixed team of Leyland and Thornycroft steam vehicles.
