Scania's R Series has been voted International Truck of the Year 2005. The new vehicle, launched earlier this year, fought off a strong challenge from MAN's TGA and the Renault Mascott to scoop top honours.
The R Series was crowned at an awards ceremony at the IAA Show in Hanover. Jury chairman and CM editor Andy Salter said. "Scania has made significant improvements to its range, which have clearly found favour with the 19
