Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

As well as general haulage for companies such as Jacobs Biscuits and Rayware products, Hunt Brothers runs a fleet of specialist tankers for local plastics firm B&H Polymer. B&H was set up by two of the Hunts old school friends who have built the business from scratch to a £45m operation. Hunt Brothers also has 4,60Cm2 of warehouse space dedicated to storing the plastic resin.

Andrew Hunt explains that this is another example of working closely with the customer: 'We've worked with them for eight years and now have three tankers working for them, distributing around 50,000 tonnes of resin a year across the UK to plastic bottle manufacturers.

The firm likes the fact that we have dedicated tankers transporting plastic resin so there will be no crosscontamination like there might be with a bigger firm which might carry sugar one week and flour the next, We understand how the processing works and that we have to always be on time if stock starts going down then the factory stops.

if you look after the customer then they will remain loyal to you."
