Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Up to 50 jobs will be lost at trailer manufacturer Montracon when it closes its "out-dated factory" at Garstang at the end of the year.

The closure is part of a multimillion-pound restructure of the company's manufacturing facilities, which will see tipper production returning to the Woodville plant for the first time since 1990.

Capacity at the Woodville and Doncaster sites will be increased, but production at Garstang will cease with the loss of jobs "in the short term".

However, Montracon's order book is looking healthy, with more than 11lm-worth of orders this month alone.

New managing director Michael Knott says: "There is every indication that we are capable of winning orders from our competitors. These moves are designed to ensure that product quality and customer delivery are improved at the same time as expanding capaci ty to meet extra demand."
