Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE BRISTOL TRAMWAYS AND CARRIAGE CO. LTD., has a branch, amongst other towns, at the seaside pleasure resort, Weston-super-Mare,and there has been employed, during the past summer, a fleet of 10 motor chars-a-bancs. Some of these have been run in connection with tours to the many places of interest within half a day or a day's journey of Weston-super-Mare, and the remainder have been run in connectionwith a service in the town, the route being three miles in length, commencing at the suburb of Uphill Park, passing through the residential districts to the G.W.R. station, passing the town ball, thence away to Ashcombe Park, another residential district on the opposite side of the town. Three chars-l.-banes have been run on this service, carrying in the busy seasons as many as 20,000 passengers per week, as the service is used very largely both by residents and visitors.

The touring traffic during the past summer of 1913 has been greater than that experienced during any previous year since the company has been operating at Weston.

There arc two classes of open char-a-bancs employed by the Bristol company, one being the torpedo type, the other an earlier style of open char-a-bancs, Both types, chassis and body, are built in the company's Bristol shops. The torpedo char-a-banes carries 22 passengers, and the earlier type open char-a-banes seats 32 passengers. The 32-seater char-a-banes has a fixed roof, whereas the torpedo char-a-bancs is an open conveyance with Cape hood to protect the passengers when raining. The 32-seater chars-a-banes are very popular and are excellent vehicles for dealing with a big crowd. These ar run daily to such places as Cheddar, Glastonbury, Wells, Burnham, and other place of interest within 30 miles of Weston. The torpedo chars-à-banes run to the same places, and being thoroughly adapted for running long distances, they have been extensively used for service to the abovenamed places as well as to pleasure resorts from 50 miles to SO miles distant, such as Minehead, Seaton, Sidmonth, Weymouth and Bournemouth.
