THE LICENSING battle over stage services in Warwickshire between Heart of England Services and the West Midland PTE has been adjourned for the second time within two months by the West Midland Traffic Commissioners, this time because of substantial changes by Heart of England to the published applications.
Heart of England and the PTE are opposing each others' applications to renew licences granted by the Commissioners following a previous battle to replace services provided by Mid-Warwickshire Motors, Heart of England's predecessor under contract to the PTE, ICM, February 4, 1984).
