• G.S.U. (Vehicles) Ltd, of Trafford Park, Manchester, has acquired Central Trailers Ltd, formerly the trailer hire company of Pitt Trailers Ltd. Pitt Trailers ceased production earlier this year (CM January 12). Central Trailers will continue to trade under that name and its own 130 trailers will be added to 180 owned by G.S.U. which will now become the sales and service division of the new company.
